Jeollanam-do Province achieved the highest performance ever by signing a $440 million consultation performance and 26 export MOUs with overseas companies at the "SWEET 2017" held in Gwangju to prepare alternatives to global warming and energy crises and to develop overseas markets for small and medium-sized companies in the domestic energy industry.
According to the province on the 19th, E-Soltec, which actually produces "Zero Energy House," an intensive group of Gwangju renewable energy technologies, signed a $100,000 technology export agreement with O, which visited Nigeria.
"BJ," a smoke-saving pellet boiler producer based in Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do, signed an agreement worth $60 million with Ethiopian H, and a practical contract is expected to be made through consultations between the two companies in the future.
U.S. company E showed great interest in the energy storage system (ESS) of "Suntech" located in Suncheon City and signed a $100,000 agreement, proving that South Jeolla Province is the "center of Korea's energy industry" by conducting 497 large and small export consultations in three days.
For the first time in the Honam region, the "Large Small and Medium Business Purchase Consultation Conference" hosted by the Small and Medium Business Administration and organized by the Small and Medium Business Cooperation Foundation was held at the same time as an energy industry-specific consultation.
About 100 purchasing managers from 64 companies, including large companies such as Samsung, LG, and SK, and energy public companies such as Korea Southern Power and Korea East-West Power, participated in about 300 purchase consultations with small and medium-sized companies to quench local energy companies' thirst for domestic market development.
In this exhibition, more than 20 large and small seminars and conferences were held, including workshops involving public officials in charge of renewable energy supply projects in 247 local governments across the country.
