FAQ

For fully assembled imports:

Fully assembled imports are subject to case-by-case approval, similar to temporary facilities, provisional structures, or tiny houses that do not require construction reporting. However, regulations differ by country. In some cases, components (e.g., electrical systems) need to be pre-installed domestically before being shipped.

- General energy-saving modular buildings: $2,500 per square meter (EX Work Standard)

- Medical use: $5,000 per square meter (EX Work Standard)

For imported components:

Metal components only: These include primary and secondary processed parts (including paint), gaskets, sealing packets, and special bolts. Components can be transported in containers and assembled on-site.

- $1,200 per square meter (EX Work Standard)

With regular maintenance (painting, cleaning), the product lifespan is expected to be 70–80 years

Each country has strict building regulations. However, we are committed to accommodating the requirements of your country as much as possible. We will provide all necessary drawings related to metal export regulations, structural safety, and building codes. After importing the components, you can assemble the building yourself to meet your country's standards for electrical, fire safety, structure, and insulation.

Our product employs assembly modular technology and factorial (X©ù) modular methods, which adapt to multiple variables (vertical/horizontal expansion, indoor/outdoor options, interior design). This allows customers to quickly and easily produce modular structures tailored to their desired size and functionality.

The steel-based assembly components, secured with hundreds of special bolts, ensure structural strength. These precisely assembled units create a robust framework, capable of withstanding hurricanes and earthquakes without ceiling or wall collapses.

With renewable energy applications and advanced IT integration, our energy-saving and airtight modular systems are ideal for quick expansion and deployment of medical modular chambers, such as negative pressure wards. Additionally, we have extensive know-how and experience in delivering modular products in South Korea and Oceania.

We will provide basic assembly and installation manuals to contracted organizations. We also dispatch trainers for product assembly and installation at the partner's expense (direct cost only). Training sessions are conducted both domestically and internationally on a regular basis (expenses covered by the partner, except for trainer fees)

If you wish to contract our product, you must verify customs duties, domestic and international shipping fees, insurance, etc., through a professional construction or import company. Orders must comply with the import/export regulations of the respective country. Contracts require a 50% upfront payment, with the remainder secured through a letter of credit from a reputable bank.

We primarily engage with partners for contracts. For personal installations and maintenance, we do not assume responsibility.

A minimum contract guarantee deposit is required. We offer guarantee insurance to partners, refundable upon successful contract completion. However, we request strict adherence to technical security protocols, as we provide substantial product and technology resources.

Partners are prohibited from modifying or altering our product components. Violations may result in product defects, termination of the partnership, and forfeiture of the guarantee deposit.

For assembling metal structural frames only (excluding interior materials):

- Fully bolt-type assembly: 7 days

- Bolt-type wall + integrated upper/lower frame panels: 3 days

This excludes indoor materials (e.g., insulation, interior finishes) but includes waterproofing of ceilings and walls. Pre-installation of foundational facilities (e.g., plumbing, electrical systems, foundation pads) must be completed by the partner beforehand.

Most countries require step-by-step construction approval. After submitting the necessary documents (e.g., blueprints, metal material test results, export clearance data, structural reports), subsequent construction can proceed according to local standards.

Fully assembled products (metal structures + interior finishes) may not be approved as buildings in most countries. Importers must assume full responsibility for using them as temporary facilities or tiny houses.

The most effective partnership involves local modular manufacturing and construction companies importing our modular components for on-site assembly and completion. We ship modular assembly components in container vessels according to customer specifications, while the local partner handles fast and precise assembly and delivery.

Our products cater to both private and public sectors, including governments and municipalities. Medical applications are particularly suitable as safe, rapidly deployable temporary structures for infectious disease treatment. Governments and municipalities can use them for temporary facilities.

For private use, the products are suitable for tiny houses (temporary accommodations, offices, etc.) and licensed buildings. Local companies can assemble and customize the components according to usage and permit requirements.

We possess patents and intellectual property rights for this product in the U.S. and other developed countries.

Partnerships are available to companies involved in construction-related work with manufacturing facilities. Partners must sign an agreement and pay a minimum deposit. Contracts are renewable annually but may terminate in the absence of performance.
