CEO Song said, "Our company's main product is a leisure house," adding, "It is a new complex residential culture trend that combines Living and Leisure, and it is a product that can be used for four seasons, five-day week, leisure and leisure functions, and multipurpose purposes."

CEO Song has a unique history. He joined Samsung Electronics in 1995 and worked in planning and practice including marketing, IT, and system engineers, as well as IT technology and solutions. Since his retirement in 2001, he has expanded his business areas from the first B2B one-person IT solution branch to specialized construction businesses such as air conditioning and ventilation shops.

CEO Song said, "E-Soltec was founded in 2013 after focusing on the government's energy-saving mobile modular house that fits the government's policies such as energy and resource recycling and eco-friendliness, which I learned from government-level construction such as air conditioning and ventilation through professional construction business. It is a venture company with variable small industrialization technology with excellent energy, eco-friendliness, resource recycling, and structural safety."

E-Soltec has acquired a number of patent and design intellectual property rights in just two years since its foundation, as well as the performance certification of the Small and Medium Business Administration and the best design architectural environment award hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. Recently, it has been recognized for its technological prowess by winning the Prime Minister's Award for its eco-friendly architectural technology and small industrialization technology.

"In Japan and Europe, mini houses and second houses are becoming new residential trends," CEO Song said, explaining the marketability, "In Korea, developed country-style residential culture is being formed with rural housing and farmhouse housing."

However, there is a problem that country houses or second houses in Korea are limited to mobile devices and leisure facilities that can only be used during the season. Container houses and prefabricated wooden houses whose safety and economic feasibility have not been verified are rampant in the temporary exception network of farmhouses or temporary buildings due to ambiguous standards.

"Our product is eco-friendly and can be used in all four seasons with excellent economic and safety," CEO Song said. "It has dramatically improved problems such as container products that are vulnerable to durability due to loss of cooling and heating due to summer and winter heat bridges and oxidation corrosion, and wooden houses that cannot be moved again once installed."

It was possible because of the variable energy-saving panel patent technology, which is the core of the leisure house, that it was able to receive excellent evaluation in the performance certification of the Small and Medium Business Administration and the eco-friendly construction technology of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. The government's testing agency confirmed the remarkably improved cooling and heating performance, insulation, condensation prevention technology, twist prevention technology, and structural safety even though it is a curved weapon-type panel method. In particular, it insists on only indoor eco-friendly materials for user health and passed the indoor building standard air quality (VOCs) test by the Ministry of Environment with excellent test results.

CEO Song said, "Unit expansion technology and module combination technology, which are not available at home and abroad, are World Class technologies," adding, "With modular technology that can expand from minimum unit (6.7m²) to module expansion, customers can expand their desired size within the range of means of transportation, and single-layer and multi-layer combinations are possible."

Leisure houses can replace 100,000 temporary buildings owned by government agencies and 400,000 similar products with high energy consumption, such as container houses, mobile trailers, and camper vans owned by the private sector. In particular, these temporary buildings are compared to "energy-eating hippos" because they do not have any energy standards.

CEO Song said, "We will complete the registration of excellent procurement products by June and start full-scale operations," adding, "We plan to lease and lease products at Gwangju U competitions and local government events and sell entry-level general models produced after June through one or two dealerships in Korea and large domestic distribution networks."

E-Soltec has completed a contract with VIC Market, Lotte Group's membership discount store, and is planning a road show for large department stores while watching sales trends.

"We will challenge the government's mid- to long-term tasks and introduce eco-friendly and energy-saving technologies that encompass construction and environment to the domestic and global construction industries to become the first mover in this field."
