E-Soltec (CEO Song Jong-woon), a company specializing in energy-saving structures, was selected as a "model worker for small and medium-sized enterprises" for his contributions to the development of smart sound pressure automation screening clinics and won the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award at the "Korea Small and Medium Business Conference" held at the Kim Dae-jung Convention Center on the 20th.

The Small and Medium Business Model Workers Award is a system in which the state selects and rewards exemplary small and medium-sized enterprises, exemplary workers, contributors to fostering small and medium-sized enterprises, and organizations with excellent support.

Director Lim Ga-young was honored with the award for contributing to strengthening competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises and developing related industries such as working family balance (participation in the reduction of working hours during childcare), self-development (acquisition of a degree in contract studies at small and medium-sized enterprises), and labor-management harmony (selected as excellent companies in labor-management harmony) while successfully carrying out a number of national R&D tasks at central ministries, including modular sound pressure beds that can be used quickly in the event of disasters and disasters.

In particular, Director Lim developed an automated screening clinic in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, delivered it to 34 central governments and local governments nationwide, and adopted an automated screening clinic as mandatory equipment for the first time in Korea, completing the three-year demonstration. Currently, he is participating as a researcher in charge of developing smart tunnels for disasters and disasters with government-funded institutions and modular sound pressure beds.

Director Lim said, "Small and medium-sized enterprises can also improve their competitiveness and working environment by developing their own capabilities according to their will and efforts," adding, "I am confident that this will lead to a virtuous cycle of win-win and cooperation.".
