E-Soltec is a company that specializes in manufacturing and producing only energy-saving module houses (container houses), and has achieved the feat of exporting finished products and related materials to South America about four years after the company was established in 2013. Analysts say that since many mining operations are being carried out in Chile, an exporting country, energy-saving module houses are needed that are strong against distortion.
According to E-Soltec on the 13th, after signing an MOU of $3 million (about 3.6 billion won) each with Monteglory of Uruguay and HSE Solutions of Chile in November last year, it is currently conducting final work such as certification and inspection to export finished products. E-Soltec officials plan to head to Uruguay in May to deliver initial supplies.

Montglory and HSE Solutions were invited to Korea with the cooperation of the Korea Energy Corporation to negotiate with E-Soltec after encountering the E-Soltec module house through By Korea (an overseas promotion site for export products of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises) operated by KOTRA. According to E-Soltech, Chile has a lot of mining operations, requiring energy-saving technologies and module houses with durability and mobility.
Song Jong-woon, CEO of E-Sotec, said, "In Chile, our product will be used as accommodation for mining operations. Our product is an energy-saving product, strong in movement and warping (durable), and has a hard structure." CEO Song added, "It is meaningful that our finished products that use 100% domestic parts in Uruguay and Chile go out, but the ultimate goal is to enter Europe," adding, "We decided that it is important to export finished products and build factories in South America, which serves as a bridgehead to advance into Europe, the home of leisure and camping.".
E-Soltec is attempting to create a module house that combines renewable energy technologies such as solar power and energy storage devices. This work is underway with the goal of creating a module house that can use power regardless of location.
The module house produced by E-Soltec has convenience, durability, energy efficiency and eco-friendliness. In June last year, the Public Procurement Service selected the E-Sotec energy-saving container house as the best procurement product. In February of the same year, the company received a commendation from the Prime Minister in recognition of its new technology for eco-friendly housing. In 2014, it developed the first energy-saving mobile house Any Home model in Korea and applied for a patent.
Meanwhile, the Korea Energy Corporation, which supports the export of domestic energy companies, will support various marketing services such as video advertisement production and transmission, media promotion, new product presentations, and seminars for small and medium-sized companies that have difficulty in marketing activities.
An official at the Korea Energy Agency's Renewable Energy Center said, "We will support domestic energy companies to achieve direct business results by expanding customized buyer matching services to boost exports.".
